The essentials
The Academy is currently free for eligible hair professionals. Create only one personal account, provide accurate details, complete each assessment yourself and do not share questions, answers, certificates or protected Academy content. Bronze, Silver and Gold must be completed in sequence.

Who may use the Academy
The Academy is designed for professional hairdressers, stylists, salon professionals and people working or training within the professional hair industry. You must provide accurate registration information and use the Academy only for legitimate professional learning purposes.
You must be at least 16 years old to register independently. If you are under 16, a parent, guardian or authorised training provider must contact us before you create or use an account.
Academy assessments support product and professional knowledge. They do not replace regulated qualifications, manufacturer instructions, allergy testing, salon policies, professional judgement or any licence required for particular services.
Your account responsibilities
- Create only one personal learner account unless we expressly authorise otherwise.
- Keep your registration details accurate and up to date.
- Choose a secure password and keep your login details confidential.
- Do not allow another person to access assessments or obtain certificates through your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Do not impersonate another person or register using false, misleading or third-party details.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where it results from your failure to protect your login details. Contact us if you need an account corrected, secured or closed.
Assessments and progression
The initial Sens.ùs Colour pathway consists of three professional assessments that must be completed in order:
Assessment rules
- You must answer assessment questions yourself and submit work through your own account.
- The pass mark, attempt limit, time limit and question rules displayed for an assessment form part of these terms.
- Where retakes are enabled, you may make another attempt in accordance with the settings displayed on the assessment.
- Later stages may remain locked until the prerequisite assessment is successfully completed.
- Results may be reviewed where we reasonably suspect a technical fault, error, account sharing, copied answers or other misuse.
We may correct a question, answer, score or result where there is a genuine technical or content error. If a correction materially affects a completed result, we will act reasonably and explain any required next step.
Certificates and verification
A certificate is made available when the relevant assessment and completion requirements are satisfied. Certificates are personalised and may include your name, award date, course title, certificate ID and verification code or QR code.
- A certificate records completion of the named Passion4Hair Academy assessment.
- It does not represent a government-regulated qualification, licence to practise or guarantee of professional competence beyond the assessment completed.
- You may download, print and share your genuine certificate for personal and professional purposes.
- You must not alter certificate results, names, dates, identifiers, branding or verification information.
- You must not create, sell, transfer or present a false certificate or allow another person to use yours.
We may correct or withdraw a certificate issued because of a system error, inaccurate account information, dishonest completion or a serious breach of these terms. We will act reasonably and give you an opportunity to contact us about the decision.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Academy to:
- Break any law, infringe another person’s rights or engage in fraudulent, abusive or misleading conduct.
- Copy, record, scrape, harvest, republish or distribute assessment questions, answers or protected website content.
- Help another person bypass prerequisites, pass an assessment dishonestly or obtain a certificate improperly.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with, test without permission, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, data or underlying systems.
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to create accounts, submit answers or extract content.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, offensive or privacy-infringing content through support forms.
Good-faith beta testing or reporting a fault through our support process is welcome. Please do not access data or systems beyond what is necessary to describe the issue.
Intellectual property
The Academy website, branding, page designs, written content, assessment material, questions, graphics, certificates and other materials are owned by or licensed to Passion4Hair Limited and are protected by intellectual property law.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use the Academy for your own professional learning. This does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
You may keep and share a genuine certificate awarded to you. You may not reproduce, adapt, sell, licence, publish, train an artificial-intelligence system on, commercially exploit or create derivative works from other Academy content without our prior written permission.
References to Sens.ùs and other third-party names, products or marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not give you any right to use those marks.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Academy accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, hosting issues, security work, internet failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the service.
We may improve, correct, replace or remove content, assessments and features. If a change materially affects an achievement you have already completed, we will act reasonably and preserve or explain the status of your record where practical.
The Academy is currently provided without charge. We will not introduce a fee for existing use without clearly telling users beforehand and obtaining any agreement required by law. You may stop using the Academy if you do not wish to accept a future paid offering.
Our responsibility and liability
We provide the Academy with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights.
The Academy provides general professional education and assessment. You remain responsible for how you apply information in practice, for following product instructions and safety requirements, and for deciding whether further training, supervision or specialist advice is needed.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses suffered in connection with use outside the intended personal learning purpose.
If defective digital content supplied by us damages a device or other digital content belonging to you because we failed to use reasonable care and skill, your legal rights are not affected.
Suspension, closure and deletion
You may stop using the Academy at any time and may ask us to close your account by contacting us. How we handle associated personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate suspected misuse, correct an error or respond to a serious breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches, fraudulent activity, threats to security or prolonged inactivity. Account closure does not automatically remove rights or obligations that are intended to continue, including intellectual-property protections and the handling of legitimate certification records.
General terms
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Academy, the law, security requirements or our operating practices. The latest version and date will appear on this page. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. Changes will not remove rights you have already acquired under law.
Transfer
We may transfer our rights and responsibilities under these terms as part of a business reorganisation or transfer, provided this does not reduce your legal rights. You may not transfer your personal Academy account or certificate rights to another person.
If part of these terms is invalid
If a court finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a term, that does not mean we have waived it.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
